Our Harry Potter Party was curated to inspire our audience and clients to get ready for the Halloween and Fall season ahead.
THEME:
Harry Potter is a timeless classic with beautiful rich colors and so much magic and mystery that we knew the colors and possibilities were endless and stunning for this event and team of vendors.
The setting was in Rocklin, Ca at The Chalet Events Center in their outdoor space. The gorgeous mature large trees, shape of the event center and open space at sunset was a stunning backdrop that emulated the Wizarding World of Hogwarts!
Minden and Cheo of MinRae Photo are magical all on their own. Their attention to details, creativity, enthusiasm for each vendor’s talents and their moody editing captured this setup more perfectly than I imagined. The kids were so excited to perform for them and the camera!
DECOR:
Alex of The Picnic Plug brought elegance and style to our version of Hogwarts. Her vertical table layout matched the Great Hall from Hogwarts where the characters had their meals and listened to the Daily Owl Post. Alex used beautiful dried florals, a spread of candles and minimalist serveware as her personal touch.
Michelle of Lush Balloons Sac brought so much life and color to this setup. The dimension of her balloon install gave a majestic touch to the photos and experience. Hedwig, the Owl balloon was a perfect addition overlooking the table setup and children.
DESSERTS:
Cami of CamiCaked is a cookie and cake magician! Her detailed and unique cookies and melted candle cake with a built-in candle tasted as great as they looked. Cami’s cookies and cake brought the table setup and little Harry Potter actors to life with character and smiles!
Utopia Haus styled the Harry Potter concept around their black bounce house, Onyx with floating candles, custom vinyl decals, pumpkins and crows and more.
Ashley of Utopia Haus selected each vendor knowing their unique talents would pull this special Photoshoot together.
